Refund policy

We want you to love your art from Black Lotus. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Returns

You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition

  • It is unused and unframed (if applicable)

  • It is returned in its original packaging

To start a return, email us at support@blacklotusart.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

2. International Returns

If you are returning your item from outside the UK, a customs declaration is required. your return must be labelled as "Returned Goods" with no commercial value. You may also include the original tracking number used when we shipped the parcel to you.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the damage or incorrect item

We’ll make it right with a replacement or full refund.


3. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved:

• You’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method

• It may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of damaged or incorrect items).


4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, your art may already be in production and cancellations may not be possible.
